“I have been a client of Nadine’s for over 5 years, attending multiple classes a week. Nadine is brilliant to say the least. She is knowledgeable, always learning and perfecting her skills, kind, friendly, always smiling and can make everybody in her classes feel accepted regardless of their shape, size or skill level. In 2016 I sustained a permanent back injury. During my rehabilitation when I was cleared by my treating medical practitioner to return to classes, Nadine took much care modifying exercises for my injury, helping me to get moving and building my confidence. In 2017 I contracted Nadine for corporate weekly Yogalates classes as part of a wellness program. Nadine structured classes to improve staff member’s posture which helped reduced the risk of injury in the workplace. Staff became more aware of their posture and paid more attention to practicing good ergonomics. Nadine spent much time learning about the way the staff members worked and adapted her classes to suit their needs. Ever since that first yogalates class Nadine has been a pleasure to work with.
